Function Operations

Reporting to Rsp Operations Head


  • Purpose


Responsible for handling Rsp management of all service partners in the Area including partner identification thru Branch Ops, on-boarding, start-up support, capability building and evaluation


  • Key Responsibilities


Responsibilities


  • Support the Rsp Head - Operations in the formulation of annual Reach plan for RSPs & RspFs; Work closely with the operation team to identify RSP/RSPF requirements in the Area and forward the same to the Rsp Head - Operations
  • Identify potential service partners in the Area and forward the same to Rsp Head - Operations
  • Support the Rsp Head - Operations in the empanelment of new service partners in the Area
  • Conduct the induction program for all service partners in the Area
  • Conduct all relevant operations trainings for all service partners in the Area
  • Responsible for efficient functioning of all service partners in the Area
  • Conduct regular audits of service partners in the Area in terms of adherence to statutory requirements, service level agreements etc.; Highlight any deviations to the Regional Head - Channel Partner Development (Rsp Ops Head) and take corrective actions, if any
  • Monitor service partner performance on a regular basis
