Cross-Functional Glue
Act as a connective tissue between Marketing, Growth, CX, PR, Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
Identify and resolve friction, address overlapping priorities, and own the gray areas that often get ignored.
Program Management Leadership
Partner with program managers to shape, align, and track OKRs.
Simplify workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure swift execution.
Stakeholder Communication
Collaborate with the CTPO to prepare compelling communications—internal and external.
Own executive updates, board presentations, and stakeholder narratives that are clear, credible, and results-driven.
Special Projects
Lead strategic, high-impact projects that require cross-functional execution and hands-on leadership.
Think concept-to-launch and own delivery end-to-end.

What You Bring
5–8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, or product. (Travel industry experience is a plus.)
Proven track record of driving cross-functional outcomes in high-growth or dynamic environments.
Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.

Strong project/program management instincts—you don’t let things slip.
Deep customer-first thinking—you think in cohorts, journeys, and long-term retention.
