To drive sales in emerging market and increase the market share of TML
Job Responsibility
- Meeting Sales target: Managing Territory through comprehensive rural geography and micro market coverage plan Manage Rural Sales Force through the entire cycle of Recruitment, Training, Coaching and Productivity
- Cutomer Focus: Ensure Customer Relationship Management by creating various connect programmes for key customer groups with the help of generated database. Market Intelligence Tracking Competition and ensuring sustainable competitive advantage Relationship and Ecosystem Management – Mobilizing rural levers like Banks, Govt. schemes, financiers and influencers Information System Management by ensuring generation of rural customer and infrastructure database and keeping it current. Understanding of Rural Eco-system Rural Segments, Target Groups, Influencers and Competitors
- Dealer Management: Managing Channel partners and ensure that required manpower and resources are deployed for growing the rural business in the region

- Relevant Experience : 3 to 8 Years of working experience
- FMCG
- Automobile
- Financial Services (exposed in direct sales, channel Management)

- Knowledge of agro based industry
