Position Summary

Billing Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis

Work you will do

  • AccountsReceivable Analyst

– EntryofAccountsReceivableandQualitycheckofAPVendorandMemberFirm Invoices

– Analyzeandreconciletheoutstandingitems,includinghelpingReconciliationteaminDispute resolution

– ResponsibleforcompletingtheAccountsPayable/Receivableswithintherequiredturnaround time.

– AssistwithallaspectsoftheARprocess.Stronganalyticalskillswiththeabilitytoresearchandresolvedifficult Accounts Payable/Receivables related problems. Ability to read, comprehend and explain (to internaland external customers) firm policies that relate to AR.

– Sendtimelyfollow-upstoensurethatissuesareresolvedinatimely manner.

– InteractwithDTTbusinessareas,FP&AandMFReconciliation Teams.

  • Financialreportingand analysis ‒Responsiblefortheday-to-daymanagementofassignedARs,includingreviewingandcodingindividual expenses/billings, transaction flow, and account reconciliation to ledger

‒Support Finance Manager/Controller with monthly reporting responsibilities, ad-hoc analysis and support on an as-neededbasisvaryingrequesttoControllers/FinanceManagersoverandabovetheday-to-dayreportingneeds.

‒Simpletomoderateadhocanalysisandworkingonreal-timecostmonitoring environment

Qualifications Required

‒ Onetothreeyearsofexperienceinafinancialplanningandanalysis,AccountsPayable,AccountsReceivable or

AccountReconciliation,operations,preferablyinMNCorglobal organizations

‒ MBAFinance/master’sinfinanceand accounting

‒ Proficient,orabletobecomeproficientquickly,withDTTLfinancialsystems(SAPECC,BW,andotheras needed)

‒ Understandingoffinancialaccounting(incomestatements,balancesheets,andcashflows)andfinancialand operational metrics/KPIs (key performance indicators) used by professional services firms
