Responsibilities

Create creative assets such as graphics, templates, layouts, and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels, including web, social media, product packaging, email campaigns, and more.
Create short-form videos, animated explainers, and motion graphics to support product launches and brand storytelling.
Develop 3d assets for web, social, or experiential content.
Develop and refine brand assets, including style guides and brand guidelines, to ensure consistent and cohesive visual representation across all marketing materials.
Collaborating closely with the team to conceptualise and execute designs that align with our design standards.
Juggling multiple projects, while ensuring all work is completed on time and to a high standard.
Own and evolve our visual identity templates, brand guidelines, UI kits, and design systems.
Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and tools, and continuously seeking ways to improve your skills and capabilities.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in design with a portfolio that shows strong graphic, motion, and 3d design work.
Proficiency in design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), with a specific requirement for proficiency in Figma.
Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design across various platforms, including print and digital media.
A natural storyteller who understands how to bring static content to life through motion and animation.
Ability to meet deadlines while working on team projects.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
A strong understanding and interest in the Web3 space is preferred.
