Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Consultant located in Kolkata. The Business Consultant will provide expert advice to clients, analyse their business processes and provide solutions to improve efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, conducting thorough business analyses, providing insights on business operations and creating management strategies to optimise business performance.

You will be responsible for…

• Bringing in the revenue and meeting the targets
• Up-sell and cross-sell to existing customers.
• Generate sales from referrals given by existing customers.
• Generate sales from existing customers and partners
• Extensive travel (local/outstation) within the territory.

• Demonstrating/Presenting the product.
• Developing relationships with key accounts.
• Lead Generation and Qualification Skills
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Finance
• Proficiency in Consulting and Management Consulting
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently

Qualification & Experience

• Any Graduate / MBA (Marketing & Finance)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling business software
• Accounting / ERP / Payroll / HRMS software sale is an added advantage
