Responsibilities:

• Tele calling for Collection & Recovery.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about Loan, EMI and Collection.
• Work with internal departments to meet deadlines.
• Data entry on various platforms.

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate.
• Fresher or with 0 - 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
