Job Title : Execution
Location: Chennai
Experience : 10 + Years
Job Purpose
To lead the on-site execution of high-rise residential/commercial real estate projects, ensuring timely delivery with high quality, safety, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Monitoring:
Lead the overall site execution activities as per approved drawings and project schedule.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor daily/weekly progress and resolve bottlenecks.
Quality & Safety Compliance
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best construction practices.
Implement and monitor EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) protocols on-site.
Resource & Contractor Management
Manage manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractors.
Evaluate contractor performance and ensure contractual adherence.
Cost & Time Management
Track project timelines, budget, and cash flows.
Take corrective actions to prevent cost/time overruns.
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, vendors, and clients.
Provide regular updates to senior management.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, quality audits, and safety records.
Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 10 years in real estate project execution, with at least 5–8 years in high-rise or large-scale residential/commercial projects.
