Purpose of the Role

To Implement and drive Spares sales strategy of the Region through Service & Retail network and process implementation in order to achieve desired Parts Sales , Consumption , Penetration and Channel Partner profitability within company policy and management guidelines.

Internal

SPD HQ – Sales,BTST, Warehousing & Logistics , Technical cell

Field Team – RCCM, CCM , RSPMM – Promotion of Parts Retails

CX Team – Customer complaint resolution,

IT- IT related support & initiatives

External

Channel Partners – Sales & Schemes Promotion, Target achievements, process adherence ,Network development ,Training and Manpower Assessment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education :B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical)
  • Work Experience : Minimum - 5 years Maximum -10 years.

Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

  • MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP, CRM

Other Skills

  • Strategic Thinking- short and long term planning
  • Analytical skill –Capability to analyse data, identify trends and proactively takes decisions.
  • Comfortable to handle fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
