Lead end-to-end operations across three API manufacturing sites (with a total of 23 production blocks)

Oversee P&L for all sites and drive operational excellence

Directly manage and mentor two Senior General Managers

Report to the Board of Directors

Ensure readiness for all major regulatory audits (USFDA, EDQM, WHO, etc.)

Strategize and execute growth plans aligned with organizational objectives

Optimize cost, improve productivity, and implement lean manufacturing practices

Foster a high-performance culture driven by innovation, compliance, and efficiency

Lead cross-functional teams across production, quality, EHS, and supply chain

Manage large-scale API project execution including tech transfer, scale-up, and troubleshooting

Ensure strict adherence to cGMP, EHS, and regulatory guidelines

Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders for new facility setup, project execution, validation, and commercial manufacturing
