Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in maintaining comprehensive financial records, including bookkeeping, ledger entries, and reconciliation tasks using accounting software such as Tally.
• Support the preparation and analysis of variance reports by comparing present, past, and projected financial data for both Three Bees Shipping Private Limited and Three Bees Research Foundation.
• Aid in the preparation and filing of GST and TDS returns, ensuring compliance with taxation regulations.
• Participate in the compilation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, and assist in pre-preparation activities related to ITR.
• Engage in client correspondence regarding outstanding payments, send recovery emails, and maintain records of communications.
• Collaborate with office personnel to manage monthly statutory reports, QMS documentation, and address queries related to maritime business operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools proficiently to create and manage financial documents, reports, and presentations.
