Process Executive - CHD

Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Executive - CHD with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain skills in Display Advertising and Email Marketing-Tech. This is a work from office position with rotational shifts. Proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak) is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis and reporting using MS Excel to support business operations.
• Manage and update databases and spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Assist in the execution of display advertising campaigns by coordinating with internal teams.
• Support email marketing initiatives by preparing and analyzing campaign performance reports.
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement solutions.
• Provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders through regular reporting.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes.
• Maintain documentation of processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on project progress and challenges.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all tasks and activities.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to data and reporting.

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Have a basic understanding of display advertising and email marketing techniques.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English (Read/Write Speak).
• Show attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and reports.
• Exhibit problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Certifications Required

Certification in MS Excel or Data Analysis is preferred.
