Job Description

Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management

  • Logistical qualifications and analytical thinking ability.
  • Negotiation and business relations skills.
  • Precise verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong industry experience for accurate product/service quality assessments.
  • Sourcing suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality, and logistical expenses.
  • Assessing vendors and their offerings with in-person visits, interviews, and analysis to assess their quality.
  • Negotiating sale agreements and supply contracts in ways that benefit the company.
  • Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the quality of goods.
  • Authorizing payments and managing purchasing expenses with meticulous record-keeping.
  • Material planning and procurement through intercompany and third-party suppliers.
  • Managing imports and coordination with other units in foreign territory.
  • Encouraging suppliers for warehousing and warehouse management.
  • Designing strategies for inventory and monitoring inventory levels.

Other Details

Education and Experience

  • Any Science graduate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s in Engineering will be preferred.
  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
  • Sourcing and implementation of best practices in purchasing.
  • Supplier management and new product development.
  • Raw Material (RM), Value Analysis (VA) data/analysis, and value engineering.
  • Supply chain management and project management.
  • Request for Quotation (RFQ) and supplier selection.
  • Quality assurance.
