Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Logistical qualifications and analytical thinking ability.
- Negotiation and business relations skills.
- Precise verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong industry experience for accurate product/service quality assessments.
- Sourcing suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality, and logistical expenses.
- Assessing vendors and their offerings with in-person visits, interviews, and analysis to assess their quality.
- Negotiating sale agreements and supply contracts in ways that benefit the company.
- Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the quality of goods.
- Authorizing payments and managing purchasing expenses with meticulous record-keeping.
- Material planning and procurement through intercompany and third-party suppliers.
- Managing imports and coordination with other units in foreign territory.
- Encouraging suppliers for warehousing and warehouse management.
- Designing strategies for inventory and monitoring inventory levels.
Education and Experience
- Any Science graduate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s in Engineering will be preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- Sourcing and implementation of best practices in purchasing.
- Supplier management and new product development.
- Raw Material (RM), Value Analysis (VA) data/analysis, and value engineering.
- Supply chain management and project management.
- Request for Quotation (RFQ) and supplier selection.
- Quality assurance.
