Job Description

Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management

Logistical qualifications and analytical thinking ability.
Negotiation and business relations skills.
Precise verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong industry experience for accurate product/service quality assessments.
Sourcing suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality, and logistical expenses.
Assessing vendors and their offerings with in-person visits, interviews, and analysis to assess their quality.
Negotiating sale agreements and supply contracts in ways that benefit the company.
Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the quality of goods.
Authorizing payments and managing purchasing expenses with meticulous record-keeping.
Material planning and procurement through intercompany and third-party suppliers.
Managing imports and coordination with other units in foreign territory.
Encouraging suppliers for warehousing and warehouse management.
Designing strategies for inventory and monitoring inventory levels.

Other Details

Education and Experience

Any Science graduate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s in Engineering will be preferred.
5–7 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
Sourcing and implementation of best practices in purchasing.
Supplier management and new product development.
Raw Material (RM), Value Analysis (VA) data/analysis, and value engineering.
Supply chain management and project management.
Request for Quotation (RFQ) and supplier selection.
Quality assurance.
