IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Business Banking team in Bhilwara, Rajasthan. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small and medium-sized businesses in the local market. This is a full-time position within our Retail Banking division, specifically in the Business Lending department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively identify and acquire new business customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Understand the financial needs of business customers and provide appropriate solutions and products to meet their needs
  • Conduct regular reviews of customer accounts to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and product to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to customers
  • Stay updated on market trends and competition to identify potential business opportunities and risks
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Business Lending portfolio

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business banking or sales, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of business banking products and services
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel within the local market as needed
