IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Business Banking team in Bhilwara, Rajasthan. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small and medium-sized businesses in the local market. This is a full-time position within our Retail Banking division, specifically in the Business Lending department.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively identify and acquire new business customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Understand the financial needs of business customers and provide appropriate solutions and products to meet their needs
- Conduct regular reviews of customer accounts to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and product to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to customers
- Stay updated on market trends and competition to identify potential business opportunities and risks
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Business Lending portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business banking or sales, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of business banking products and services
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel within the local market as needed
