Job Description:
Key missions of the position: Accounts receivables – Bill Processing for S&T & Friction – Rohtak
Main responsibilities:
- Follow-up for POD against delivery from Logistics
- Preparation of E-dispatch document in IREP portal
- Collection of Despatch and Inspection documents for SCM/ Accounts
- Preparation of Dispatch documents and sharing it with the commercial Teams
- Tracking of R note for despatches and follow up with commercial team for early receipt of R note
- Submission of bills online on receipt of R note
- Apply and tracking of DP extension / MA/SVC issued by railways and update it for further action
- Follow up of return bills and close it with necessary action
- Provide tracking of DA and despatch details of Non Stock Bills and delivery status to commercial team
- Payment Follow-up & collect payment (on need basis) from the date of invoice submission
- Maintain Sales Register & Circulate to CFT team
- Circulate Accounts Receivables to Commercial Team
- Track and co-ordinate with CFT teams for Sales reversals
