Job Description

Expertise on Supply Chain processes with a good level of understanding on Order Management. Should be willing to work as per Business requirement.

Primary Skills

  • Excellent written and Verbal communication
  • Experience in customer order management process – Order creation, PO processing, Handling Customer queries, Exposure to SAP and Zendesk
  • Can independently handle customer inquiries through Phone or emails
  • Good understanding of end to end customer management process
  • Work in US shift. Work from Office
