Key Responsibilities And Attributes

  • Marketing/Campaign Effectiveness- ATL/ BTL:
  • Drive marketing campaigns to ensure high ROI.
  • Oversee campaign ideation, budgeting, execution, and optimization.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and achieve results proportionate to goals.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Lead campaign ideation, budgeting, execution, and optimization processes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of campaigns with measurable results.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Regularly analyze performance metrics.
  • Provide comprehensive reports to track progress and impact.
  • Agency Performance Review and Plan:
  • Collaborate with external agencies to align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular reviews of agency deliverables to ensure quality and effectiveness.
  • Vendor Relationship & Management:
  • Strengthen and enhance relationships with vendors.
  • Manage vendor contracts and performance.
  • Original Thinking and Process Improvement:
  • Foster innovation and creative problem-solving within the team.
  • Implement new ideas to enhance sales, campaign effectiveness, and overall process improvement.
  • Initiative and New Ideas:
  • Encourage and capture innovative ideas from the team.
  • Demonstrate new approaches that lead to better outcomes in campaigns or processes.
  • Client Review:
  • Handle client reviews and resolve conflicts.
  • Ensure regular updates on account progress and status.
