  • Plan and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transport, and itineraries.
  • Coordinate visa applications, renewals, and related documentation in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with embassies, consulates, and travel agencies as required.
  • Maintain records of travel history, expenses, and necessary documents.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks related to the CE’s office.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for meetings, documentation, and logistics.
  • Handle correspondence, appointment scheduling, and calendar management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents as required.
  • Ensure the CE’s office is well-organized and runs efficiently.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Act as a liaison between the CE’s office and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences as needed.
