- Plan and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transport, and itineraries.
- Coordinate visa applications, renewals, and related documentation in a timely manner.
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and travel agencies as required.
- Maintain records of travel history, expenses, and necessary documents.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks related to the CE’s office.
- Coordinate with internal departments for meetings, documentation, and logistics.
- Handle correspondence, appointment scheduling, and calendar management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents as required.
- Ensure the CE’s office is well-organized and runs efficiently.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between the CE’s office and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences as needed.
