- Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement RCM strategies to optimize project performance and reliability.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth in the commercial and industrial sectors.
- Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and updates to senior management and clients.
- Mentor and guide project teams to foster professional development and enhance project delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 25+ years of experience in project management within commercial and industrial sectors.
- Strong background in business development and sales; proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
