'Manage and groom new joinees, training and mentoring sourcing team.

- Maintaining Good Asset portfolio of the branch
- Monitoring Post Disbursement Document and drive towards nil pendency.
- Audit and compliance Management
- Training branch team and mentoring New joinees.
