Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Industrial Engineer to optimize our garment production processes. The ideal candidate will focus on improving efficiency, reducing waste, and implementing best practices in line balancing, time-motion studies, and lean manufacturing principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve production workflows to enhance productivity.
• Conduct time and motion studies to determine labor standards.
• Optimize line layout and work allocation for better throughput.
• Implement lean manufacturing and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and planning teams.
• Monitor daily production targets and suggest improvements.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions using IE tools.
• Maintain records and prepare efficiency reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in garment manufacturing (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes.
• Proficient in line balancing, SMV calculation, and productivity analysis.
• Familiar with IE tools and lean concepts.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
