A Corporate Sales Manager is responsible for managing the B2B sales activities in the designated market geography. The role is a frontline field sales role.

- Responsible for generating sales leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and field selling.
- Map potential customers based on the industry focus strategy.
- Understand the needs of the client and create a product fit for the client's needs.
- Ensure the client database is actively updated in the sales tool.
- Conducting one-on-one meetings with the potential client to give a product and service demonstration.
- Responsible for the conversion of leads by effectively pitching the right product.
- Explore cross selling, up selling and reference selling to achieve the set business target.
- Sales negotiation is to get a firm commitment to close the sale.
- Coordinate with the client organisation to ensure the Purchase order is obtained.
- Responsible for sales collection.
- To maintain and manage Client expectations and resolve their Concern/ issues in agreed time frames.
- Check client satisfaction levels and escalate any client concerns to resolve the.
- Should have in-depth knowledge about different categories of products and current market trends in the corporate gifting industry.
- Updating the Sales CRM tool.
- Submit sales reporting as per SOP.
- Bachelor's degree/master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, as well as relevant sales experience.
- Should have 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B Sales.
- Sales Achievement: A strong track record of sales achievement and excellent stakeholder management skills is also important.
- High target orientation in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
