Responsibilities
- Drive new business by identifying, pitching, and closing deals with enterprise-level B2C brands.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a focus on consultative selling.
- Develop and nurture relationships with CXOs, CMOs, Heads of Marketing, and Digital leaders.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Manage the sales pipeline through HubSpot/CRM tools and provide accurate forecasting.
- Represent Xeno at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a strong understanding of SaaS/CRM/MarTech.
- Demonstrated ability to sell to large consumer brands and close high-value deals.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Proven experience managing long, complex sales cycles.

- Have experience selling to CMOs or marketing decision-makers in B2C companies.
- Have worked in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Understand CRM, loyalty, and personalization ecosystems.
