Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by identifying, pitching, and closing deals with enterprise-level B2C brands.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a focus on consultative selling.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with CXOs, CMOs, Heads of Marketing, and Digital leaders.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Manage the sales pipeline through HubSpot/CRM tools and provide accurate forecasting.
  • Represent Xeno at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a strong understanding of SaaS/CRM/MarTech.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell to large consumer brands and close high-value deals.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Proven experience managing long, complex sales cycles.

  • Have experience selling to CMOs or marketing decision-makers in B2C companies.
