IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Haryana, India. As a Relationship Manager-First Wealth North 1, you will be responsible for managing and growing our retail liabilities portfolio through the RM channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the assigned territory
- Identify and acquire new customers through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking
- Understand the financial needs of customers and provide them with suitable solutions from our retail liabilities products
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank
- Monitor and manage the performance of the RM channel and provide necessary support and guidance to ensure their success
- Stay updated with market trends and competition to develop effective sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking, preferably in sales or relationship management
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of retail liabilities products and market trends
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance procedures
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
