Job Title: Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist
CTC: Up to 5 LPA

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
Maintain recruitment databases and ensure accurate records.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
Analyze recruitment data and suggest improvements.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in bulk hiring or recruitment.
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with ATS.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple roles and meet deadlines.
Organizational skills & attention to detail.
