Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior VIP Management professional to join our team at Sir H.N. Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre in Mumbai. This is a full-time position requiring 7 to 10 years of work experience, where you will oversee and maintain relationships with high-profile clients, ensuring the highest standards of service and confidentiality are adhered to.

  • Proven experience in VIP Client Management with a demonstrated ability to handle high-profile clients with utmost professionalism (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent discretion and confidentiality skills to manage sensitive and private information competently.
  • Strong crisis management abilities to effectively address and resolve any unexpected issues that may arise.
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills to foster and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Deep understanding and adherence to VIP protocols to ensure consistent high-level service.
  • Commitment to protocol adherence, maintaining the integrity of procedures and processes.
  • Experience in providing concierge services tailored to the unique needs of VIP clients, enhancing their overall experience.
