About the rol

This role shall be the L&D Specialist for Licious’ and will be based out of Mumbai and handle the West cluster for offline stores. The key stakeholders for the role shall be members in Operations, Supply Chain, HR teams spread across the PC and offline stores. The position contributes to the organization’s success by building people capability and setting them up for success and growth at Licious - Offline Work towards planning and executing long term/short term training strategies for the Offline store Licians and enabling associated processes/programs to support the sa

  • ians.Providing hands on training to new joiners and coordinating the capability-building program through Buddy Trainers pr
  • ogramBuilding Buddy Trainers capability through classroom sessions, on-floor coaching, and role
  • playsImproving and creating (where necessary) training material and tools to meet the Ops training
  • needsConducting and facilitating classroom training for identified employees for internal development, including technical and soft s
  • killsMeasuring training effectiveness through assessments and feedback and improving the same through continuous improvement pr
  • ogramDevelop and execute employee engagement activities in partnership with HR fun
  • ctionMaintaining training records and reporting progress to relevant stakeholders at regular inte
