Project ObjectivesAs a Brand Promoter, you will be responsible for:
In-Store & Outdoor Promotions: Enhance brand visibility through engaging displays and strategic product placement.
Product Demonstration: Showcase Pilot pen features and benefits to attract and educate customers.
Communicating Product USPs: Clearly explain the unique selling points and advantages of Pilot pens.
Sales Promotion: Drive immediate sales through a limited-time 10% discount offer.
Leaflet Distribution: Hand out branded brochures to boost awareness and reinforce product messaging.
Customer Engagement: Answer product-related questions and offer a personalized brand experience.
Feedback Collection: Capture customer insights to support marketing improvement initiatives.
Eligibility CriteriaAge: 18–30 years
Gender: Open to all
Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Intermediate)
Experience: At least 1 year in sales or promotions in FMCG, writing instruments, or similar product categories
Soft Skills
Excellent communication skills
Pleasant and confident personality
Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities
Customer-centric sales approach
Work ScheduleDays: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Time: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (4 hours per day)
Break: Includes a 30-minute tea break
