Our client is one of the world's leading producers of industrial equipment and intelligent solutions catering to the apparel and textiles industry.
They are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead their expansion into new markets. The ideal candidate should possess extensive B2B sales experience with industrial equipment, automation systems, or other solutions targeting the apparel/textiles industry, understand the unique challenges of penetrating this sector, and already have an existing network of trusted contacts they can call upon.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- New Business Development: Identify and engage new clients in the apparel and textiles sector, understanding their production needs and offering tailored equipment or solutions.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Solution Selling: Conduct client consultations, assess operational challenges, and recommend appropriate industrial equipment, technologies, or services to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Insights: Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor offerings to position the company as a market leader.
- Collaboration: Work closely with technical, product, and service teams to ensure smooth project delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior management.
- At least 3 - 10 years of progressive B2B sales experience selling industrial equipment, machinery, or other solutions to the apparel, textiles, and related industries.
- Deep technical understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflows, and equipment capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels, from plant managers to C-suite executives.
- Familiar with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
- Full professional working fluency in English is required. Being able to speak Mandarin at a professional level is also a huge plus, but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
