influencers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify social media influencers(Youtube and Instagram) and onboard them basis metrics

like reach, engagement and views.

  • Co-create with our influencers to make content that is highly authentic and relevant to

end-consumers.

  • Understand the latest trends in video content across platforms, and work with influencers to

understand how it can be adapted to our specific use cases.

  • Look to continuously improve the benchmarks in terms of content quality and content

efficiency, metrics such as views, clicks etc

  • Work with internal teams to plan and execute brand campaigns using influencers.
  • Help get operational things executed well such as coordination, dispatching, tracking

What Skills You Should Have

  • Savvy social media user in tune with beauty trends and influencers
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English
  • Great communication skills to effectively work with influencers
  • Fluency in languages like Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Bangla/Assamese would be a

bonus.

  • Basic knowledge of tools like Powerpoint and Excel.
