We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in the corporate gifting
or premium consumer gifting segment. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the gifting
ecosystem, corporate sales cycles, relationship management, and the ability to lead a team towards achieving
revenue targets.

revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Revenue Generation: Identify and acquire new B2B and corporate clients in the gifting space. Drive revenue through strategic partnerships, seasonal campaigns, and customized gifting solutions
- Account Management:Manage and grow key accounts by offering tailored solutions ○ Ensure timely delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term relationship building
- Team Leadership: Lead and guide a team of sales executives ○ Set targets, monitor performance, and mentor team members
- Gifting Knowledge & Solutioning:

- Seasonal Campaign Management
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of B2B or institutional sales experience with at least 1+ years in the gifting industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong existing network in corporate, retail, or channel partner ecosystem
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Proficient with CRM tools and reporting systems
