Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in the corporate gifting

or premium consumer gifting segment. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the gifting

ecosystem, corporate sales cycles, relationship management, and the ability to lead a team towards achieving

revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Revenue Generation: Identify and acquire new B2B and corporate clients in the gifting space. Drive revenue through strategic partnerships, seasonal campaigns, and customized gifting solutions
  • Account Management:Manage and grow key accounts by offering tailored solutions ○ Ensure timely delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term relationship building
  • Team Leadership: Lead and guide a team of sales executives ○ Set targets, monitor performance, and mentor team members
  • Gifting Knowledge & Solutioning:

Bring deep knowledge of gift products, categories, packaging, and personalization trends ○ Work closely with product and procurement teams to create relevant offerings

  • Sales Planning & Reporting:

Develop sales forecasts and pipeline ○ Provide regular updates on performance and market intelligence

  • Seasonal Campaign Management

Plan and execute strategies for peak seasons like Diwali, Christmas, and New Year Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and outreach programs

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B or institutional sales experience with at least 1+ years in the gifting industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong existing network in corporate, retail, or channel partner ecosystem
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Proficient with CRM tools and reporting systems
