Software Engineer Intern

We’re an early-stage startup building an AI-powered hiring and placement preparation platform that supports organizations, institutes, and students.

• Organizations can automate resume screening, conduct technical/aptitude tests, and even run AI-powered mock interviews.
• Institutes can track and improve students’ placement readiness.

As a Full Stack Software Engineer Intern, you’ll play a hands-on role in building key features of our platform using the MERN stack. This internship is ideal for students who want to grow by solving real problems and being part of a cross-functional team.

Success in this role means writing clean, scalable code, learning fast, asking questions, collaborating well, and owning your contributions.

• Develop and maintain frontend components using React.js and Tailwind CSS
• Build backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js
• Integrate MongoDB for storing user, test, and interview data
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional components
• Participate in daily standups and sprint planning meetings
• Write reusable, testable code and follow Git workflows
• Take initiative to debug, test, and improve your work based on feedback

• Knowledge of JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and basic database design
• Familiarity with Git and GitHub for version control
• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and take ownership of tasks
• Good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Currently enrolled in a technical course or recently graduated
