Profile Overview:

We are seeking a Product Designer with a strong UX skill set and product knowledge to craft exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces while ensuring seamless interaction across digital platforms.

Requirements:

• User-Centred Design: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI designs aligned with user needs and brand identity.
• UX & Visual Design: Develop wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, and site maps to illustrate design concepts effectively.
• Problem-Solving & Innovation: Design intuitive, user-friendly solutions to enhance usability and address design challenges.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive design execution.
• Design System & Consistency: Maintain and enhance design systems for uniformity across all products.
• Testing & Optimization: Conduct usability testing, analyse feedback, and refine designs for improved user experiences.
• UI & Branding: Optimize layouts, CTAs, and page flows while adhering to brand guidelines and innovating with typography and colour schemes.
  
  

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years in UI/UX design for digital products or services.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and wireframing tools.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs (to be presented during the interview).
• Technical Awareness: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, and design systems is a plus.
• Creative & Analytical Thinking: Ability to conceptualize solutions based on user needs and enhance usability.
• Time Management & Collaboration: Strong organizational skills to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• Communication Skills: Ability to articulate design ideas, accept feedback, and work effectively within a team.
