  • Relationship Management with stakeholders
  • Foster relationships with the top government officials at the state level to ensure smooth implementation of mass health schemes like Ayushman Bharat.
  • Explore opportunities for selling group policies like Personal Accident policies through government bodies like Banks, small government institutes etc.
  • Maintain and analyze data such as claims trends, loss ratios etc. and submit reports to the state government officials as and when required.
  • Follow up with the state governments for timely collection of premium.
  • Tender Management and Implementation
  • Coordinate with the internal team and provide inputs with respect to all aspects of the bid preparation process
  • Keep track of upcoming tenders of mass health schemes at state levels.
  • Liaise closely with the HAT team to ensure disbursement of claims within TAT.
  • Clarify the queries or concerns of the government officials around tender implementation.
  • Address bottlenecks in tender implementation at the state levels and involve the government in order to remove them if the need arises.
  • Control escalations from reaching the state government bodies and also resolve them in the best possible manner.
  • Monitor the claims data and ensure claim ratios don’t cross the threshold levels.
  • Organize trainings and workshops for the hospital staff on NHA portals.
