What You Will Be Doing

  • Identify and engage decision-makers using advanced CRM tools, LinkedIn, organizational mapping, and AI-enhanced communication templates to deliver personalized outreach at scale
  • Guide customers through our self-service renewals platform, leveraging AI-curated content and providing direct intervention when automated systems require human expertise
  • Manage the renewals communication channel by prioritizing customer inquiries, validating AI-generated classifications and responses, and ensuring timely, personalized engagement through Salesforce

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
