Web Designer - Photoshop/Illustrator

We are looking for a creative and experienced Web Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting aesthetically pleasing and highly functional websites for a diverse range of clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to conceptualize and implement design solutions that are in line with client branding and user experience best practices.

To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional visual design skills, proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and a good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize creative website ideas.
• Design visual imagery, layouts, and web pages aligned with brand guidelines and client requirements.
• Develop design strategies, guidelines, and best practices for optimal user experience.
• Translate UI/UX concepts into responsive, interactive, and engaging designs.
• Maintain and update existing websites to ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability.
• Create user flows, process flows, sitemaps, and wireframes to communicate design intent.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Test and improve the websites design and functionality regularly.
• Work with content management systems like WordPress, Drupal, etc.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate designs with backend systems.
• Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in web design and development.
  
  

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in web design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other graphic design tools.
• Strong front-end development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.
• Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices in web design.
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and debugging tools.
• Excellent visual design and typography skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with an openness to new ideas and adaptability.

• Experience with design systems and frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind.
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles.
• Understanding of basic animation or motion graphics is a plus.
