Job Description

  • Screen incoming resumes and Job applications.
  • Call and perform an initial screening of the candidate by understanding their capabilities, skills, experience, mindset, communication, etc.
  • Schedule interviews and follow up on the interview schedules.
  • Building a robust talent pipeline through various sourcing channels viz. Web Portals, Professional and Social Networking sites.
  • Identify potential candidates through headhunting, networking, and references.
  • Reporting of activities, candidate status
  • Perform general HR operational jobs which include but are not limited to: documentation, photocopying, mailing, and filing.
  • Participating in event organization as a part of HR team

Describe Skill and Experience

  • Any graduate, HR specialisation preferred
  • Possess a good working attitude & have a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Target orientated
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures
  • Experience with HRMS, ATS tools.
