As an EiR at Nuclei, you’ll be at the intersection of marketing and sales, driving initiatives in both areas to support our growth across regions. This is a generalist position where you'll work closely with the senior leadership team, playing a pivotal role in executing both strategic and operational initiatives. You’ll leverage AI tools to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and ensure that the marketing and sales teams work at peak efficiency. Your work will directly influence Nuclei's regional expansion, and your ability to apply AI to marketing and sales efforts will be key to scaling the business.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize AI to craft personalized marketing campaigns, analyze customer data, and continuously optimize strategies for higher engagement and conversion
  • Take ownership of parts of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, while continuously refining approaches using data and AI insights
  • Partner with senior leadership to solve high-level challenges and ensure alignment across marketing and sales functions
  • Identify new markets, implement go-to-market strategies, and drive measurable results that contribute directly to Nuclei’s expansion across regions
  • Implement AI-powered tools and methodologies to enhance team performance, streamline workflows, and boost both individual and team productivity.


Who Should Apply?

  • 5 - 8 years of experience working in startup environments, with significant exposure to both marketing and sales functions
  • Strong hands-on experience with AI tools and an understanding of how AI can be integrated into both marketing campaigns and sales workflows to drive growth
  • You thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, and you’re eager to wear multiple hats while driving tangible results
  • A proactive leader capable of executing independently, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality output on tight deadlines.
