Job Overview:We are a luxury resort located in the United States, offering premium vacation experiences to travelers from around the world. We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven sales professionals to join our offshore sales team based in India. This role is critical in helping us grow our customer base, increase bookings, and provide a top-tier guest experience from the first interaction.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from potential US- based guests.
  • Sell vacation packages and promote resort offerings such as accommodations, amenities, special events, and promotions.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective customers to convert leads into bookings.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a CRM system to track interactions and sales performance.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Work collaboratively with on-site US resort teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Handle guest concerns or objections with professionalism and confidence.
  • Stay updated on resort promotions, room availability, and pricing.
  • Work night shifts aligned with US time zones (EST/PST).

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience (preferably in hospitality, travel, or BPO sectors.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/BPO environment.
