We are looking for a Software Quality Engineer Lead with 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in mobile application testing, skilled in Appium, REST API automation, and mobile platforms (iOS and Android). The ideal candidate should have a strong background in building scalable and reliable automated test frameworks, a deep understanding of QA best practices, and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

- Lead testing efforts for mobile and web applications with a focus on Appium-based automation.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to define and implement robust testing strategies.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for iOS, Android, and web platforms.
- Own test planning, execution, and regression strategies for major features and releases.
- Maintain and have a mindset of improving the existing automation scripts
- Write and maintain detailed test cases and scenarios from requirements/user stories.
- Report, track, and verify bugs using tools like JIRA.
- Know how to implement E2E tests for mobile apps automation
- Contribute to improving automation frameworks and continuous integration pipelines.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and help enforce QA best practices.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to other QA team members.
- 5+ years of QA experience, with 3+ years in mobile application testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Appium for test automation.
- Proficient in testing both Android and iOS applications using Xcode and Android Studio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design comprehensive test coverage.
- Experience with REST API testing and tools like Postman or REST Assured.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, XCUITest, Appium, Espresso, or similar test automation tools.
- Familiarity with CI, agile environment , and tools like Jenkins.
- Exposure to JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, Unix/Linux, NoSQL, and monitoring tools like Splunk or New Relic.
- Experience with payment technologies (Apple/Google Pay, Wallet) is a plus.
