Role Description

We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist to join our team at Crescaler. If you’re passionate about performance marketing, love working with data, and know how to turn ad spends into ROI, we want you on board. You’ll be handling paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more — optimizing, scaling, and reporting to help our clients grow.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other ad platforms
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation
  • Analyze data, monitor KPIs, and provide detailed performance reports
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives and landing pages
  • Stay updated with platform changes, bidding strategies, and best practices
  • Track conversions using Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion pixels
  • A/B test ad creatives, audience segments, and landing pages
  • Suggest and implement improvements to increase ROI


Perfect Candidate

  • 1–2 years of proven experience managing PPC campaigns
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Familiar with Google Analytics, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with A/B testing, ad copywriting, and performance tracking
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification preferred
  • 1–2years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms
  • Proven track record of improving campaign performance and ROI
  • Experience working in digital agencies or handling multiple client accounts is a plus
