The Data Analyst position plays a critical role within the Organic Growth Team (OGT), specifically in the Data
Analytics & AI team. This role focuses on developing and maintaining data-driven solutions, products, and
insights to enhance lead generation, qualification and sales engagement strategic across the Asia Pacific
region.
The Data Analyst will collaborate closely with the Sales & Pursuits team, internal stakeholders and occasionally
global counterparts to build analytics solutions, predictive models, dashboards and automated processesthat
drive strategic decision-making and optimize sales performance.
While the primary focus will be on the Asia Pacific region, this role may be required to collaborate with other
regions including Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) as well as the Americas, with the intent of sharing
insights and best-practices

Job Description
About the Role:
- Solution Development – Develop, enhance and maintain analytics products, dashboards, reports, automations and predictive models using tools such as Power BI, Excl, Python and Salesforce
- Data Analysis and Insight Generation – Analyze internal (CRM, sales data) and external (market trends, customer behaviors) datasets to generate actionable insights, identify patterns, trends and opportunities to support sales growth
- Stakeholder Collaboration – work closely with the other streams of the OGT (Sales & Pursuits and Data Architecture) as well as with regional sales leaders and other stakeholders to understand requirements, develop tailored analytics solutions and deliver relevant insights to improve lead qualification and conversion.
- Process Improvement – continuously refine data processing methodologies, analytical approach and dashboards to enhance efficiency, accuracy and useability
- Knowledge Sharing and Documentation – maintain comprehensive documentation of data products, analytics methodologies and insights. Regularly share best practices, lessons learned and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Power BI, SQL/Python, Basic to intermediate level excel)
- 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, sales analytics or related fields using Power BI
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the engineering courses (B.Tech/BE), BCA/MCA
- Good to have - experience in statistical analytics and predictive analytics (not mandatory) Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a hybrid agile environment to meet tight deadlines
