Here are the main job responsibilities-:
- To ensure operation of plant during the shift as per production target.
- To co-ordinate of other department like Technology. Utility , Safety, ETP, Co-gen, Lab,Tank Farm etc during the shift.
- To conduct shutdown activities and co-ordinate with related department for this activities.
- To follow the operation guide lines during the shift.
- To follow the safety guide lines during the shift.
- To trouble shoot the process problems during the shift.
- To ensure quality of finished product as per specification.
- To follow ISO implementation as per given guide line.
- To prepare shift report in time.
Here are the main requirements-:
- B.Sc./M.Sc with 3 to 5 years of experience
- Needs to have knowledge about reactors, distillation column, ejectors, pumps , heat exchangers
- Needs to be capable in comunicating with internal customers for work related activities.
