We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to manage both human resources administrative functions and telesales activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for people, and a proactive approach to multitasking.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Assist in payroll coordination and statutory compliance support.
- Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure HR policies are followed.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a database using CRM tools.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR/Marketing preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in HR admin or telesales roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (as applicable).
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with HR/telesales tools.
- Familiarity with basic labor laws and HR best practices.
- Previous experience in customer interaction roles.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
