We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to manage both human resources administrative functions and telesales activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for people, and a proactive approach to multitasking.


Key Responsibilities


HR & Administrative Duties
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
  • Assist in payroll coordination and statutory compliance support.
  • Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure HR policies are followed.
Telesales Duties
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a database using CRM tools.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR/Marketing preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR admin or telesales roles.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (as applicable).
  • Good organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with HR/telesales tools.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with basic labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Previous experience in customer interaction roles.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
