We are seeking a smart, dynamic, and driven Mid-Level Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple hiring requirements across diverse roles and domains. You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent to support the growth of our teams.
● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple open positions across various departments and levels.
● Source, screen, and assess candidates using a variety of channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking events.
● Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
● Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews, working closely with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements.
● Provide a high-quality experience to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
● Track recruitment metrics and maintain reports for visibility and improvement.
Requirements:
● 2 - 4 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-moving or high-growth environment.
● Proven ability to source and hire for a wide variety of roles across different functions and seniority levels including “Technical, Non-technical & Sales” roles.
● Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
● A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
● Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment platforms is a plus.
● Energetic, self-motivated, and highly organized.
● A strong people-person who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative setup.
