Job Description
Overall responsibility for execution of all long, medium and short-term sales strategies and program ensuring growth via achievement of sales targets for the region Executing and driving the sales related activity through the sales team Building a strong Channel partner network for the company in the state/ territory. Coordinating with Supply chain team for seasonal merchandise Build & motivate expert team of Sales Commercial reconciliation and payment issues coordination with the stores and also of the trade. Ensure annual payment recovery plan is being made for the assigned Territory Appointment of distributors & increase product placement & product visibility for primary & secondary sales Executing sales plan & aggressively launching the products in assigned territory. Responsible for formulating sales strategy, which shall include target setting. Distributor recon, distributor inventrory mgt, distributor ROI Find new area and category for growing the business Monitor compititor activity in the market Maintain Payment Efficaccy Idex by ensure timely debtors recovery Preperation of scheme, new product placement and promotional offers at territory level

Principal Accountabilities
