Apprentice - PSRA Internship in Thane, Navi Mumbai, Vashi

Apprenticeship purpose: To provide support to the PSRA team in document maintenance activities by collaborating with various stakeholders. Maintaining updated product databases in SAP EHS and PAD SharePoint. Expected to strive for continuous improvement in ways of working to improve efficiency.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Document maintenance activities include –
• Update RM supplier SDS
• Maintain basic data for RM in SAP
• Collate data for product information dossiers
• Interact with technical teams, QA & purchase for data collation and subsequent dissemination in product documents
• Validate raw material data received from suppliers
• Maintain product files containing chemical characterization, tox, and ecotox data, and test reports to make it available for submission to the authorities/certifiers
• Ensure harmonized ways of working in SAP EHS
• Enhance knowledge of relevant regulations and standards of various application areas
• Provide timely responses to customer requests based on expert knowledge and coordinate information with other interfaces
• Follow site safety requirements and ensure all Quality initiatives are conducted under statutory, group, and legislative requirements
• Support various projects within the PSRA function
