Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions for clients and partners
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize effective communication skills to articulate the value proposition of our services to potential partners
• Manage a portfolio of clients through our client relationship management system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
