Job Overview

VRL Logistics Ltd is aggressively hiring a Full Stack Developer to join our fast-paced tech team in Hubballi. Were seeking professionals with strong expertise in hybrid application development who can build scalable, high-performance applications and follow DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Develop and maintain full stack web and hybrid applications using modern frameworks and technologies
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and scalability across platforms
• Design robust APIs and integrate with third-party services and internal systems
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver quality solutions
• Implement DevOps pipelines and ensure CI/CD integration for faster deployments
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code with appropriate documentation
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems for better performance
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices
  
  

Required Skillsets

• Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript or Vue.js
• Strong experience in back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET Core
• Hands-on with hybrid mobile frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or Ionic
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services integration
• Knowledge of database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha or Cypress
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
