Job Description
As a Deputy Manager in Residential Sales Flooring, you will be responsible for driving the sales of our flooring products within the residential sector. You will be expected to develop and implement strategic sales plans, understand and navigate domestic trade, and use your technical know-how to ensure the success of our products. You will also be expected to use your negotiation, influencing, and networking skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Principal Accountabilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Identify and target potential customers in the residential sector, using your market and competitive intelligence to gain an edge.
Use your technical know-how of our products and processes to effectively sell our flooring solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements, using your influencing skills to ensure the best outcome for the company.
Maintain and build positive business relationships with customers and stakeholders, using your networking skills to ensure repeat business.
Use SAP and other IT-related applications to track sales and customer data.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Build and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and entrepreneurship.
Handle conflicts and disputes in a professional and effective manner, ensuring the best outcome for all parties involved.
Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and stakeholders, ensuring all are kept informed of sales strategies and outcomes.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, using your persuasion skills to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Drive business development initiatives to increase market share and profitability.
